Our mission is to bring together private lenders and credible borrowers through funding short-term, first, and second residential mortgages.
At Capitis, our primary focus is to create a network of investor capital with the objective of generating secured fixed income through investing in the Canadian residential mortgage market; while helping credible borrowers gain access to creative financing solutions not offered through traditional lending.
Capitis also aims to create long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with like-minded mortgage brokers to be able to expand our borrower reach, as well as support our partner brokers to ensure that they have access to a wide range of financing solutions to offer their clients.
Since its establishment in late 2018, Capitis has successfully built a solid loan portfolio, well secured against residential properties. In its many years of operation, our entire loan portfolio has been in good standing, without any occurrence of deferred payments or default. This speaks to Capitis’s prudent lending strategy and with the benefit of both lenders and borrowers in mind.
