Who We Are

Capitis is a licensed Ontario-based Mortgage Administrator (FSRA #13310) connecting private lenders with credible borrowers through short-term, first and second residential mortgages.

Our mission is to build a network of private investor capital to generate secured, fixed-income returns while helping borrowers access fast, flexible real estate financing.

    VP of Operations & Business Development

    Heidi brings 12+ years of experience in commercial banking and real estate investment management. She specializes in deal structuring, investor relations, and driving Capitis’ growth strategy.

    Kalen is an experienced asset manager and owner of Sincere Property Management. He focuses on optimizing real estate investments to maximize returns and support passive income strategies.
